The social copy trading platform allows investors to follow professional traders and copy their trades. When the professional trader executes a position, investors will have this position copied into their accounts.

How can I join social copy trading to follow a signal provider?

To join social copy trading, please click here. Once you fill all the required fields, you will be able to log in to your social copy trading account.

How can I follow a provider?

You can follow a provider from the sign-up page, alternatively, once you login to your social copy trading account, please click on “New Subscription.” Choose the provider you wish to follow and the offer you would like to subscribe to.

What are your fees for the social copy trading?

The fees for using social copy trading varies based on the signal provider that you wish to follow. Before subscribing to a provider, you will be able to see the details of the offer along with the fees.

To become a signal provider and earn more on your profitable trades, please click here.

Can I follow different signal providers?

Yes, you can follow as many signal providers as you wish.

How can I unsubscribe from a signal provider?

After you log in to your social copy trading account, click on “My Portfolio” and you will be able to see all the providers you are following. To unfollow, click on the provider’s name, and click on the “Activation Status” to turn it off. A message will then appear saying “Subscription is not active.”

What happens to my open positions if I unsubscribe from a provider?

Your open positions will be closed automatically at the current market price.

Can I control the volume size of the positions executed by the provider?

As an investor and a follower, you will be able to control the volume of the positions that will be copied into your account. Once you subscribe to a provider, you can set the maximum and the minimum volume of copied positions.

Can I control the profit and the loss of the copied open positions?

Yes, once you follow a provider, you will be able to set your risk management, you will be able to set your total loss level, floating loss level, and total profit.

How much can I earn as a signal provider?

As a signal provider, you choose what performance fees you earn. The performance fee paid by the follower.

Can I as a signal provider have different offers?

Yes, you may create as many offers as you wish.

How can I choose which signal provider I should follow?

To choose the most suitable signal provider to follow, we highly recommend checking the rating of the providers to see their performance. To view the provider performance and ratings, please click here.

Can I close positions that were copied from a signal provider?

Yes, you will be able to close the positions and you can also have the positions be closed automatically by the system.

Can I become a provider and a follower at the same time?

A trading account can be either a signal provider or a follower, but not both simultaneously. You can choose to be either, based on your preference.
